Rafi's patent litigation experience includes both representing clients in U.K. proceedings and assisting clients with multi-jurisdictional proceedings and preparation for potential litigation. Rafi has also worked on trade secrets litigation relating to orthopaedic bone cements for one of the leading medical device manufacturers.
Elena is responsible for delivering on the goals and objectives for JLABS in Europe. He has more than 30 years of experience in IP litigation before the European, Benelux and Belgian courts, including some landmark cases.
Hassen is an experienced trial lawyer and one of the few patent litigators in the United States with a medical degree. Hassen focuses his practice on representing life sciences companies in contested matters involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. He has particular expertise in cases arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act and the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act.
